Our assistant will welcome you at Bagdogra Airport near Siliguri and bring you to Darjeeling. Pass Darjeeling tea plantations and tiny villages along the way. above the clouds through the vibrant green landscape. Situated on top of a ridge, Darjeeling faces the Himalaya and is a popular destination. Overnight at a hotel in Darjeeling.

Wake up before the sun does (around 4am) and drive to Tiger Hill for the sunrise. The clearest skies and best mountain happen in the morning. Tiger Hill (8,515 feet) is about 14 km from Darjeeling and is famous for its spectacular views at sunrise. Even Mount Everest is visible from here, along with Kanchenjunga and Makalu. Head back to hotel for breakfast and get ready for another day of sightseeing. Include Japanese peace pagoda, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and the famous Everest Museum. Also worth visiting is the Padam Naidu Zoological Park, where you can see the rare Red Panda, as well as the Himalayan Black Bear and Royal Bengal Tiger. rangit Vally tea garden, Darjeeling Rangeet Valley Passenger Ropeway. Today after breakfast at 9am Transfer from Darjeeling to mirk lake drive for the Beautiful Mirik Lake. The lake is the main attraction of Mirik... At the backdrop of the lake, you will get an idyllic view of Mt. Kanchenjunga and the green luster of Oak, Chestnut and Maple. Boating n this lake placid is a must to soothe the soul of a weary traveller. Here we will also take a visit to Pashupati Market Indo Nepal border . This is local foreign goods shopping market situated in inside Nepal Border if we allow to visit this time and visit simian view point later drive back to Darjeeling by 4pm Overnight your hotel.

River Rafting on the Teesta River

If you are adding the Kalimpong Day Trip to your Darjeeling holiday, you can also include river rafting on the Teesta River as an optional adventure activity.

River rafting is generally available during the safer operating season, September to May, subject to river conditions.

Important: River rafting is generally not recommended during the monsoon season (June to August) because heavy rainfall can cause strong currents, rising water levels, flooding, and landslides in Himalayan River areas.
