Ashmita Trek & Tours took care of everything, from the departure of our hotel in Darjeeling to our coming back on the 6th day. We had a really good guide (thank you Pemba!) We have just completed the Darjeeling Singalila ridge trek organised by Ashmita Trek and Tours. It was a fantastic experience, we had very clear views of the mountain ranges of Kangchenjunga and Everest. The organisation of the Trek was superb, all permits and passes were in order which led to a very smooth experience in that regard. We did the Sandakphu Offbeat Trek. It was a memorable and gratifying experience. The trip was well organized. Our guide Tenzing was very attentive to our needs and abilities. He was thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the plant and wildlife as well as about the local culture. We appreciated his encouragement, kindness and sense of humour. I am Dominique from Spain. I travelled recently to Darjeeling and Sikkim with a French friend. We contacted Ashmita Trek to organize our 4 days trek in Singalila and 8 days trek in Sikkim. We had a great time. Nature was so beautiful even cloudy. Everything went perfectly. We had a wonderful guide, Sangay, so helpful and friendly. We trekked the Singalila Ridge with Ashmita Tours. Subash was very helpful when arranging, squashing the trek into 5 instead of 6 days to suit our itinerary, sorted secure storage for our extra baggage in their offices in Darjeeling whilst we were trekking and helping with the arrangements for our onward travel.We had an excellent guide, Dawa Lama who had extensive knowledge of the route, along with the local flora & fauna!
